V. MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS You, or a duly accredited legal representative, can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the Controller.

However, if you repeat your request in a period of less than twelve months, the costs will be those established by Law, unless there are substantial modifications in the Notice that motivate new consultations.

VI. DATA TRANSFER: The Controller undertakes to comply with the legal protection principles in relation to the transfer of the Data provided by you. Furthermore, it guarantees that this Notice will be respected by the natural or legal persons to whom the Data provided is transferred.

The Controller has the power to transfer the Data in various circumstances, as detailed in article 37 of the Law. In addition, it may carry out transfers of Data for purely commercial purposes between its subsidiary and affiliated companies, as established in Section IV of this notice. He may also transfer data to third party business partners with whom he enters into agreements or agreements.
